TheSourceForJewelry.com is a business-to-consumer (B2C) e-commerce Web site that IND created for Inverness Corporation, the leading innovator and supplier of ear piercing systems and fine jewelry for over 30 years.

The new Web site includes an on-line store for Inverness’ exclusive collections of gold and silver earrings, rings, necklaces, crystal bracelets, and jewelry products.

IND designed the shopping cart to be user friendly and easy to navigate. “We optimized the design and page layout to ensure fast download time and browser compatibility without sacrificing the unique and straightforward visual design,” said Eric Speidel, IND’s Director of Web Services.

Featured on the Web site is Inverness’ new Heritage Silver Collection, a spectacular array of beautiful jewelry ranging in style from sleek, ultra-modern and contemporary, to the ornate craftsmanship of the Art Nouveau and Art Deco periods.

IND integrated the shopping cart into Inverness’ existing back office order entry system. IND’s knowledge of e-commerce systems and Web design enabled Inverness to significantly decrease development time and reduce cost.
