at our Network Operations Center in Parsippany, New
Jersey. We offer multiple virtual Web site and dedicated
server hosting packages that provide the flexibility
and competitive pricing that our clients demand. Our
high-speed, redundant Internet connectivity, secure
and climate controlled facilities, and full-featured
hosting packages allow fast, reliable access, along
with the flexibility and competitive pricing to fit
your specific needs.

Bandwidth:
Accounts that exceed their allotment of monthly bandwidth
transfer will incur a monthly charge of $5.00 per 50
MB of additional bandwidth that is used each month.
Storage: Accounts that
exceed their allotment of storage space will incur
a monthly charge of $5.00 per 25 MB of additional storage
space that is used each month.
Email Accounts: IND provides
both POP3 and Web-based access to your e-mail account.
E-mail accounts have a limit of 25 MB of server storage.
E-mail Domain Name Accounts (you@yourdomain.com) are
only available to those who already own or who register
a domain name. Additional E-mail domain name accounts
will incur a $25 setup fee along with a $5 monthly
fee.
IP Addresses: Certain hosting
plans include IP addresses. Additional IP addresses
are $10 per month per IP address.
Nightly Backup: Certain
hosting plans include nightly data backup. Additional
nightly backup is $75 per month per 25 GB of data.
IND's normal hourly rates apply for restoring data
from backup.
Anti-Virus: Virtual Web
site hosting plans include anti-virus protection. Anti-virus
protection for managed dedicated servers costs an additional
$25 per month.
Raw Log Files: Our virtual
Web site hosting plans give you access to your Web
and FTP site log files. Log files are stored within
your virtual hosting directory and are included in
your total storage space allotment.
Log Analyzer: All of IND's Web site hosting plans
include detailed Web log analysis reports via LiveSTATS by DeepMetrix.
E-Commerce: The prices above
do not include Electronic Commerce shopping cart systems,
credit card verification services, SSL certificates,
or merchant accounts. In order to provide you with
an accurate price estimate or to discuss E-Commerce
solutions for your Web site, please contact us.
Security: The IND Network
Operations Center (NOC) is not open to the public -
you can rest assured that only a handful of highly
trained network engineers will be allowed within close
physical proximity to your server.
Environment Control: Power
systems in the IND NOC are designed to run uninterrupted
even in the unlikely event of a total power outage.
All servers are fed with conditioned uninterruptible
Power Supplies (UPS) systems that will run if utility
power fails. IND's Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning
(HVAC) systems provide redundant air conditioning so
that there is a duplicate system on standby to take
over. An advanced fire-suppression system is in place
to prevent any fire from spreading - in the unlikely
event that one could start. All cables to servers and
routing equipment are securely tied down.
Server Monitoring: IND's
Guardian Network Monitoring™ service is included
in all dedicated server hosting plans. This service
monitors your servers' Web, FTP and Mail services and
alerts our network engineers should they fail.
Online Trouble Ticket System: All
dedicated server hosting customers have access to IND
I-Services™, our Web-based case management system
that allows clients to open and view the status of
a case, see development work in progress, view open
balances, display and print copies of an invoice, see
payments received, and drill down to details all from
the IND Web site. Access to I-Services is a value-added
service of partnering with IND.
Dedicated Server Managed Support: IND's
managed dedicated server hosting includes many free
support services for which other hosting companies
charge extra. These services include basic troubleshooting,
hardware maintenance, patches, standard software package
support, and more. In addition, we offer complete support
services on a fee-based model.
