The Guardian Network Monitoring Service includes a managed server provided by IND to run the monitoring software and act as a redundant monitoring node.
Each node server is redundantly monitored via a heartbeat from the IND network operations center for complete coverage and protection.
Guardian Rapid Resolution
 This service enhances the Guardian Network Monitoring Service and over-all Managed Services Agreement where-as a certified IND engineer will respond
to, and begin working to resolve any issue that may arise as reported by the Guardian Network Monitoring Service.
