How does desktop management save money?
When a problem occurs on a workstation, IND evaluates the problem, if it is determined the problem is substantial or can not be addressed within a reasonably short period of time, the system is replaced with a fully functioning similar system. The problematic PC is removed and re-imaged (reloaded with the standard software suite).

Doesn't reloading all that software take hours or days?
