| Anti-Spam Service
Overview
The IND Anti-Spam service is a subscription based solution to alleviate the annoyance of bulk-unsolicited email that also protects your email systems from overload. Our service greatly reduces the load of email traffic while the intelligent, robust, end-user interface allows each user to set their own whitelist and blacklist. The basic product offers a user friendly Web portal for review of any quarantine messages while the additional client integrates directly into Microsoft Outlook 2000 (or later) to display the quarantine mail directly under your inbox. Additionally, to ensure no messages are ever lost, Anti-Spam may be configured to send a daily message indicating the status of each user’s quarantine.

The Interface
The service scans all email coming into the company, and when it identifies messages as UCE/SPAM/Explicit Content it may quarantine the message for further evaluation. Through the Web page or via the optional Outlook add-on, you can view and manage your own quarantined messages and white/blacklists. The optional Outlook add-on is FREE of charge but requires configuration not included in the basic service setup. The user interface is shown below; the appearance of your own quarantine may differ depending upon the User Quarantine permissions that you select.
The optional outlook client is FREE, but installation and configuration is not included in the basic service subscription. Managed service units, unit bank, or on-demand (hourly) services may be utilized for configuration of the optional client.
