I-Services Helpdesk
The I-Services HelpDesk is an subscription based service for those looking for an enterprise
help desk system without the significant investment. I-Services Helpdesk upgrades the basic i-Services product to provide viewing, updating, escalating,
and direct case creation for your company's IT department
as well as for your installed user base. The helpdesk upgrade includes workflow features and an additional queue system so cases made by end-users or IT staff are not sent to IND unless escalated by an authorized user. I-Services
HelpDesk provides a complete workflow and system to track issues with full history and a powerful knowledge base search all from the same great access anywhere I-Services web portal.
Roll out a shortcut to the helpdesk to all users desktops within your company and allow all end users to create their own cases, then manage the cases via the comprehensive but straightforward interface. Anytime you need additional support on an issue - simply escalate the case to IND for immediate response.
