Skill Set Requirements

• Minimum of three years of Remedy development experience. (Must have 7.0 experience)
• Experience in architecting software and hardware solutions to achieve client goals (failover, load balancing, etc.)
• Project management experience.
• Demonstrated people skills including managing lower level resources, synching work tasks with peers, and leading workshops.
• Extensive and adaptable experience with integrations with the BMC Remedy product suite (Database-level, EIE, APIs, Web Services).
• Remedy ITSM suite; version 7 (Incident/Problem Mgmt, Help Desk, Change, Asset, CMDB, SLA) development experience.
• Strong SDLC experience and ability to follow a program methodology: Vision Scoping, Requirements Gathering, Gap Analysis, Solution Architecture, Systems Design, Development, System Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Migration/Implementation, Post-Go-Live Stabilization.
• ITIL Service Support best practices (certification preferred).
• Experience in SQL Programming across multiple platforms (MS SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase), Unix shell scripting and reporting tools (Crystal Reports)

Network Service Engineer

Our Network Service Engineer Position entails network design, maintenance, and management of a wide range of LAN/WAN systems at various client locations. Candidate must have a good working knowledge of router technologies, firewall technologies, switch technologies, and equivalent VPN technologies. The candidate must have a complete understanding of Microsoft operating system foundations including administration of Server 2003, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL, & IIS. The ideal candidate should have a proven history of providing quality IT service and able to communicate with all levels of technologically skilled individuals. The candidate must be dependable, professional, adaptable, enthusiastic, a team player and should have exceptional skills in the areas of verbal and written communication, organization, customer service, time management and problem solving. Candidate must also be a self-starter that takes initiative.

Candidate must be able to work standard and nonstandard business hours Monday-Friday, and on-call as needed during weekends. This position includes travel as needed. Candidate will be based out of our Parsippany headquarters and requires use of their own transportation for local travel.

Internship Program: Network Services Internship (Part-time)

Our Network Services Internship Program is a minimum 3 Month commitment to approximately 20 hours per week. This opportunity provides a shadowing of certified engineers performing extensively varied support tasks for customers. The position includes mentoring and hands-on access to network design, maintenance, and management of a wide range of LAN/WAN systems in various environments/locations.

Candidate must have a good working knowledge of router technologies, firewall technologies, switch technologies, and equivalent VPN technologies. The candidate must have basic knowledge of Microsoft operating system foundations including administration of Server 2003, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL, & IIS.

Internship Program: Web Developer Internship (Part-time)

Our Software Development Internship Program is a minimum 3 Month commitment to approximately 20 hours per week. This opportunity provides a shadowing of certified developers performing varied custom software development and web based software support tasks. The position includes mentoring and hands-on access to real-world project management, custom software development in .NET, C#, and other languages, SQL, HTML, and a diverse development team.

Responsible for creating and maintaining HTML Web pages, and assisting with testing of Web-based applications. Provide quality-assurance through proofreading and ensuring cross-browser compatibility. The Webmaster works closely with the other members of our Web development and Account Management teams. Work-related travel is minimal.
