Adam Shuren Promoted to Network Services Manager

Parsippany, NJ (September 1, 2006) – IND is pleased to announce the promotion of Senior Network Engineer Adam Shuren to the position of Network Services Manager. As the Network Services Manager, Mr. Shuren is responsible for the daily operation of the IND network services department and network operations center. He is also responsible for maintaining IND’s one hour rapid response guarantee while ensuring customer service excellence is always upheld.

Prior to starting his IND career as a Network Engineer in March 2003, Mr. Shuren had extensive experience in hospitality management ranging from private to corporate businesses. His customer service, team building, project management, and high volume operations experience has been a great asset to IND, but more-so for its customers.

“It’s very important to view every situation from the clients perspective, to understand their expectations, and then to exceed them.” Mr. Shuren explained, “A customer’s perceived impression is their reality… and the only one that should matter to you.”

As a graduate from the highly regarded technical training program at Chubb Institute, Adam well understands the need for continued education.
